By accessing or using any Test, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tests.

1. Educational and Informational Purpose Only

All Tests provided through the Services are designed for educational, informational, and self-reflection purposes only. They are self-assessment tools intended to support personal understanding and awareness.

The Tests do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, clinical, or other professional advice. They are not diagnostic instruments and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

• Your use of or reliance on any Test or result • Any decision, action, or omission you make based on a Test or result • Any inaccuracy, error, or limitation in any Test or result • Any delay in seeking professional advice or treatment

This disclaimer applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.

10. Assumption of Risk
